What will you do?

  • Complete insolvency paperwork
  • Support our clients with answers to any follow-up questions
  • Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with referral sources
  • Ongoing communications with debtors, creditors, etc.

 

Qualifications Required?

 

  • Completed or working towards the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA) Counselling Course or minimum 3-5 years of insolvency work experience
  • Knowledge of the BIA and relevant acts and the ability to apply accordingly
  • Conduct initial assessment with client to discuss and determine appropriate course of action.
  • Use appropriate consulting processes when working with clients
  • Self-motivated
